One Click Upload of ALL your photos

Glutter Plugs

If you ever (like me) have always wished for a no pain software to put all your photos in the web and make it into a photo album for you. Either as back up. To Show your friends or sort. Flickr has finally created it.

You download a piece of software, you then open a window. You open a file. You click shift on on the top image. You click shift last image. You drag. You drop. You click upload and the whole file finds it way onto the site.

Added bonus. You put "tags," in, which then you can search, find all the photos with the said tag. click edit as batch. Type in title, type in description and you have a perfectly orgazined online album.

you can then sort, move, tag, resize, rotate, view as slide show. view as small photos. Much better than iphotos. much better than xp.

Wow.

I have just needed this for like.. my whole life.

  1. That’s right! flickr is so cool! Now my friend has given me a flickr account as a birthday gift, I will use it more extensively and wisely when I have the time.
What I like flickr the most, however, is that it gives you a sense of community by leaving comments, giving notes, adding favourites and so on!

  2. Your friend GAVE you an account! that is fantastic. good pressent!
What I like most are tags. It helps me organize my photos for future use. As well as the groups as it gives me new catergories to organize my photos that I haven’t thought of before. Its like a matrix of organization. You can do it in other programs but somehow flickr is faster, and easier to use than other software I have tried.

  3. Oh, another thing I was thinking… that for years I have these little “Sets” of photos I have been collection and it’s so cool that I can suddenly add it to a bunch of other people’s from all over the world. It’s mad. I like browsing through them to get ideas and how to improve my own. Not to mention how many people you can ask for their expertise and willing to share.
