I wonder if after tomorrow, mooncakes will sell at a discount.. Here in Malaysia we have durian mooncakes, Italian chocolate mooncakes, jelly mooncakes etc etc (a lot of iterations..) that I feel like trying!

They did a study and said that on average HK will throw out one mooncake per family!! And the festival is a huge environmental nightmare! I don’t know… it’s still my favorite.

Ah – MoonCakes ! I bought 4 dozen the day after at 80 percent off, and put them all in the freezer. This morning I thawed them out, and tonight I passed them out to all of the hellspawn coming up to my door as Halloween Treats. It was quite nice – I need the space in my freezer to store the turkeys that I’m smoking for the next 3 weeks. GlutterRules!

I meticulously taped my namecard to each one, and rcvd a few call backs asking ‘what is this?’
I also rcvd a few call backs from new potential clients. It was a form of guerilla marketing that worked quite well.
