For two thousand and four you think we can try and lower this ever increasing phenomenon?

1. Low Condition (Green). This condition is declared when there is a low amplitude of global stupidity.

2. Guarded Condition (Blue). This condition is declared when there is a general risk of global stupidity.

3. Elevated Condition (Yellow). This condition is declared when there is a significant risk of global stupidity.

4. High Condition (Orange). A High Condition reflects a high risk of global stupidity.

5. Severe Condition (Red). This condition is declared when there is a severe risk of global stupidity.

  1. Stupidity came back down to yellow. I guess that they just wanted to scare the people for a while after Saddam´s capture.
    Who knows, maybe he´ll run away and start a mad killing spree on the streets of NYC…
    It´s rather ironic…the whole concept of fear.
