Hong Kong Blogs Get Dreadfully Written Attention

Hong Kong,

There was an article written about Hong Kong Bloggers in SCMP the other day.

Phil From the Flying Chair, as they say in the often a little base Califonian lingo “Ripped a (well deserved) new asshole” at the guy who wrote the article.

Here You Go:

The Web : Can I join the club please?

Read the comments. I am afraid the meet up will be equally irrate. Maybe it’s not such a good idea to put 20 or so volatile, opininated, and out spoken people in a room, with a liberal dose of alcohol. Could get messy.

  1. Yes, Yan…
Please do come. Or else we will feel abandoned 😦
Perhaps, this is the time we want all the support we can get.
So we will be seeing you and I will be the only sober person driving everyone home.
Now tell me that ain’t gonna happen πŸ˜€

  2. Thanks for the encouragement. But no.
I have actually been mulling it over in my mind a lot. I think it’s better to stay sorta nuetral and not know anyone personally. I like that the only way we all communicate is with words and ideas. (Ron, will get back to you on that long post).
The idea of Glutter was to free myself from people’s reactions to speak the truths as I explore it. If I start hanging out with everyone, I wouldn’t feel so confident to do so.
Yeah, I know Phil, “a blog is a blog is a blog.” but it’s more personal than that for me.
