My 30th Birthday Wish: Democracy in China (Traditional Chinese) Simplified Chinese Version English Version 等待著一個民主的中國 今天是我三十歲的生日。 是習慣，是朋友的熱心追問，還是我真有心願？我想，我是要許 一 個 願 。 那應該是一個怎樣的願望呢？ 我和我所愛的人健康快樂… 在我創作中取得一定的成就… 全世界均可享用足夠的食物、潔淨的食水，和基本的教育… 一個真正港人治港和民主的香港… 但，這都是我每日的禱願。在這三十歲的大日子，我要許 一 個 更 大 的 願 。 所以，我決定，我的生日願望： 一 個 民 主 的 中 國 我希望能在我有生之年（當然，最好在還不是太老時），可以看到一個民主的中國。 我希望我可以生活在一個自由、開放的中國──我的祖國； 我希望我的祖國不再一黨專政，再沒寡頭政治，有言論自由，尊重人權，重視法治精神； 我希望中國人──我的同胞，我們可以自由地表達意見，可以無懼地地要求改革； 還有，我希望，我的姊妹們可完全地享有生育權。 我希望我的政府可以學習聆聽人民的心聲，而不是一味的打壓異見。 我更希望我的政府不會再把槍桿指向要求改革的同胞，我們的英雄不再需要以身體擋住我們軍隊的坦克車、或在牢籠中等待保外就醫。 我希望在未來三十年，這些願望可以一一實現。 在中日戰爭期間，我的祖母姚少卿，她十八歲，她返回祖國，為要對抗日軍，爭取一個由中國人統治的中國。今天，她的孫女，延續她的心願，爭取一個不單是由中國人統治的中國，更是由 所 有 中 國Continue reading “三十歲的生日願望：一個民主的中國”
