Look for Alternatives. Eat Breakfast.

*TIP: Find Alternatives.

I never really ate breakfast. Cereal and toast never sat well, fruit gave me intense stomach pain.

Not having breakfast also meant I wasn’t hungry for lunch and lead me forgetting that as well.

It wasn’t until I collapsed a few times, unable to walk, and had to be picked up, I decided to take notice.

After lots of lectures from many people, I still made excuses and explained how food in the morning made me sick.

Than a really good friend said quite frustratedly, “There must be something you can eat, it’s a matter of finding out what it is.

Which was quite sensible and I didn’t have anything to say.

I did remember that if I was out for coffee, I would get a croissant in the mornings. So I tried that. And it worked well.

Instead of having soggy cold croissants, I discovered some frozen ones. So each morning I woke up 20 minutes earlier to heat them up in the oven..

I hadn’t collapsed since and don’t seem as tired since I started having breakfast.

But then the enthusiasm that led me to waking up 20 minutes early waned.

Now I am eating cheese and croustinis (which are just toasted baguettes slices). What I discovered is I must have some sort of fat with my food in the morning. I try out different things.

Mainly, this post is about looking for alternatives, if something doesn’t work. Look for something else. Not just for breakfast.

.Find A Breakfast that works for you. Don't Forget.
