The Trojan horse or food truck? Post 9 #occupyhk #umbrellamovement

I finally found out why the students wouldn’t let the police truck supposedly filled with food into the headquarters.

Earlier that morning, the police said that they needed to change shift and sent in a vehicle to pick up the police, but inside the bus (?) was filled with anti-riot gear.

I heard some students say that they didn’t know if there were officers in the truck that was supposed to be let in and could come out off to be inside the crowd.

I was thinking that it was the story of the Trojan horse. I guess the Greek tactic from a few thousand years ago probably doesn’t work that many years after.

We wouldn’t really know what was really inside. Would the police not have enough food in there? Was there not enough riot gear?

But it really was a giant white truck. This is HK, lunch boxes always comes in vans…
