Sooo guitly. I signed up to be a team leader for the YMCA fund raising campaign. It's not hard to do, just checking in, helping people stay motivated, a few emails once a week. I was too busy, and I was annoyed by a number of things about the process. I didn't do much. The campaign ends tomorrow. I feel really bad, because I let minor things get in the way of the bigger picture which is raising money for kids who can't afford extracurricular activities join free programs.
