This is so depressing. Our generation might be able to push back but what about the next? The future of HK is subsumed under China now. It’s a dictatorship, no one has any power to make changes on a national level and barely on a local one. All the reasons that democracy is the only political model that won’t create a massive buildup of dissatisfaction that leads to the over throwing of a government. I wish China will come to our way of thinking, rather than trying to force their belief ststem on Hong Kongers and our kids.
