Sigh…

Okay… I will wait until the bitter end.

Hhhhhhhhh…

Boy, I can’t wait to be 34.

By then I would believe in stability over freedom, profit over the environment, self presevation over human rights, power over truth, ends justify the means, war is peace, oppression is prosperity and ignorance is strength.

I am really looking forward to seeing more of Ma Lik, Howard and Bush.

From now on Glutter will concentrate on the politics of Sweden, Demark, Norway with the occasional special on Canada. That way, I don’t have to feel like my world is getting less and less progressive election by election.

  1. Y,
Can I hide out in HK instead of going back to Bush’s America? I am tinking about applying for political asylum in Taiwan. I am so disappointed in my country tonight.

  2. Y,
How good of you to hold out for the presidential race. Don’t forget about the congress with its all republican majority in both houses. Bush’s campaign has announced him as the winner. A republican president with a republican congress…………….. it just makes for a bad world.

  3. you can get so caught up trying to work out this mad world.i came home about half an hour ago to find the little house cat truman dead, hit by a car and left alone on the road in the rain.when i picked him up all my anger and frustration i have been directing at the media,at the usa and at osama suddenly seemed so trivial.

  4. Trust you to be completely disillusioned and see every little terrible and worse and worsest thing one can look for! Look a progeny of Republican power can see the light, maybe it isn’t so bad after all and there is a little bit of hope left??
Let’s not make it too much of a funeral shall we?

  5. I feel your pain people. But maybe Yan is right, perhaps, just perhaps all those republicans will see the light, and not in some nutty right wing religous way, but they will actually govern responsibly. God knows Bush has had plenty of mistakes to learn from in his first four years.
Oh yeah, RIP for Drapers cat too.
