The Monitoring Committee on the Fairness of Elections of the Democratic Development Networks will conduct an investigation of LegCo Election 2004 and follow-up on cases, and to produce a report for public release.
We accept statements from all parties, to identify typical and exempliary cases, to collect relevant evidence and to verify facts.
We call on voters, candidates, election agents, counting agents, presiding officers of polling stations and other related staff to contact us directly and to give evidence if they find out any inappropriate polling arrangement, breach of election guidelines, contravention of principle of fairness on the election day. 各位：
香港民主發展網絡的民間監察公平選舉委員會將會進行「民間監察公平選舉」（2004立法會選舉）調查，搜集和跟進選舉欠妥及違規的投訴個案，監察選舉制度的公平公正，並會撰寫及公開調查報告。
我們接納所有與選舉、投票、點票等相關人士，提供具體投訴個案及錄取證供，以便整理典型事例、核實資料無誤、搜集現場證據及列舉統計數據。
我們現呼籲選民、各候選人、選舉代理人或監察點票代理人、各票站的選舉主任及工作人員，直接向我們提供有關2004立法會選舉的投訴個案，包括912選舉日在票站內，遇有任何選舉安排欠妥、點票程序不當或可疑的違規、違反指引或違反公開、誠實及公平原則的事件等，請利用以下的途徑，向我們提供相關的證據、確實的資料或詳細講述目擊事件的經過。
