I came back from having drinks with a couple of girlfriends. We thought we should meet up as what happenned today was so sad.
Roberta says, “It’s the end of the eighties. The biggest stars, the ones I cared most about, Mui Yim Fong, Cheung Kwok Wing, and a famous lyricist and columist passed away this year. It’s as if that era of high school has ended.”
Helen adds, “A famous fortune teller said after leslie died another really big star will die before the end of the year.”
“Well, it’s only a day before the end of the year.”
She replies, “Not really because they use the lunar calendar so it’s a month from then, but still. I hear they predict next year is will be a change of destiny, happens every 20 years. It should be better.”
“You know at least they are together again.” I say.
“With Danny Chan too.”
“I would like to think so.”

Can’t really imagine that Anita and Leslie have left us in the year 2003.
Was it just a coincidence that they(both good friends)died in the same year.
Anyhow, i still hope that they can reunion in the other world.
May both of them find peace and happiness there.

yes, it’s been unreal. like coming out of a dream; ending in a nightmare, and waking up. To Leslie, To Anita, we will never forget you. our big brother and sister, may you live on forever. I hope you have found each other wherever you are, and that you are not lonely. And to the children of that era: we write our childhood has died, our idols are gone. Dear Anita,
Though I have never really listen to your work before but I have always known you were an outstanding artiste. It is such a shame that I had not started listening to your music earlier, it is a huge regret and dissapointment to me. However, even though you are no longer with us, we will remember you and yes like you mentioned, you wish someone would remember you when they feel bored and they look up to the stars and will remember your name? Well I will remember you. Thank you for your music.

Tonight especially, I suddenly feel the
actual lost of our beloved leslie-gor gor.
I was reading through the lyrics of most
of his songs, and i feel so inspire by the words. Each words, is as if it contains a special teaching about life.
How sad that gor gor can no longer teach us more.
I just want to say I really missed him.
His words, his inspiration really uplifted my spirit especially now due to some difficulty i faces in life now.
But each time i heard his songs, i learn
something new, some thing to live for.
Thanks gor gor for your inspiration.
Just want to share my thoughts with all you leslie fans.

It has been nearly a year after GorGor’s death…
But how the rain fell on 7th April last year, his funeral, even the scent of all those white flowers, especially the eyes of saddness and gratitude for Leslie’s fans of Mr Tong…were just like yesterday…
I doubt and worry how is gorgor now, since someone commit suicide is not favored by God…Do you guys believe souls live on after death? I just want him to know how much he is loved and missed.

April Fool’s Day will never be the same again since April 1st 2003. We all lost someone we loved all these years, someone who seem far away but yet seem so near. We saw him always, although never in person….we saw his smiles, his laughes, his everything thru TV, newpapers, magazines. We hear his voice, his songs thru radios…..we used to….but not any longer. He has gone, far far away to a place which he thinks is more suitable for him, where he may find happiness and eternal life. He’s gone…and I can’t believe it’s one year since he left us. Everything of him seem so fresh in my mind, seems like only yesterday i saw his brand new movie, heard his brand new song. The pain thinking that he has already left us is still unbearable. Leslie, we do not know why u left us, but we wish u all the happiness and joy in no matter where you are now. Hope u are not lonely there, hope u laughs and smiles there! Leslie, to us here, your name will always be wif us. Your smiles, your acts, your songs will always be in our mind. You are already a LEGEND to us! We love you and will always do!

I’m not sure that I can have a chance to get in this web again. Just want to say I do love you and thank you very much for you. Before now, I means approx 20 years or more so far,You’re the number one star in my heart and now, you’re more than that. I saw you once in the concert when you’re 25 years old and I’m so young. Your lovely smile to me still sweet in my mind. Now, I’m middle life age (not sure for Eng), you teach me to love someone in both good and bad side, You’re the first one that I do love your bad side also (not sure that you’ve or not, If you have any, I love them). and now I can feel like this to others. Since i was 4-5yrs old, i have always admired your big heart in acting & singing, i used to listen to your beautiful voice every night to fall asleep. I just wish from the bottom of my heart that when its my time, i will be able to see you again, but this time in person.
