Me being a consumate traveller recieves many emails from others about their adventures coz sometimes it’s hard for any of us to be in the same place.. I can’t help it. This one is too cool not to post.. I didn’t even know Taiwan had a earthquake today.

Today, i experienced the earthquake in “Green Island” (the place used to be a jail)!
it’s sooooo impressive!
we were eating in a tiny shop when feeling a tiny vibration coming. at the beginning, we all thought it’s due to the airplane landing. but we didn’t have a word, including other guests & the shop owner. then the vibration getting more intensive and we could feel the house “shaking”. Plus the sound effect of a broken glassware from somewhere on the top. We all ran out the shop immediately! then we could still feel a little while of vibration, but shortly it ceased! the whole process might just last for 15 – 20 seconds. but all of us had so many thoughts in between. We couldn’t believe it’s the EARTHQUAKE and we did MEET it!
afterwards, we could still feel two more tiny earthquake when we got back to Taidung City.
since no major accident happened from what i know, i find it’s an interesting experience to me! i think it’s so close to a “disaster” i’d witness… of coz, i really wish NO more disaster happened in this land again.
But i think it’s really lucky for we all are safe and no ppl injured there.

i am still thinking what if there’s an earthquake now when we are at the cyber cafe… should we press send before running out?
really a “strange” feelings to me… may take time to think how to tell you later…
